Can I get a product personalized?
Yes! We can add a logo, design, name, initial or monogram to just about any of our items or yours.

Is there a minimum order size?
No! There is no minimum or maximum order size.

What materials can be embroidered?
Most materials can be embroidered, as long as they can be put onto the machine and a needle can pierce the surface. Common items to embroider are clothing, caps and hats, nylon, cloth or leather bags, towels and cloth chair backs.

What if I don’t have a logo or design?
No logo? Let us help you create a unique identity for you, your business, club or organization. We have 20,000+ embroidery stock designs that we can combine with great lettering to represent you, your business or just for fun.

Can you embroider something I own now?
We can - BUT - we can't be held responsible for any damage to the item. Toni’s Design Studio can purchase almost any item you would want, and with our wholesale buying power and low markups, the cost is similar or less than you might find in a retail store. Based on our experience, we purchase the highest quality items best suited for embroidery.

How does it work?
We use a commercial embroidery machines that are run by computer. We have the capability of translating your design or business/organization logo into a stitch file by a process called digitizing. Once this design is created, it can be used to embroider your design on a number of different items. Pre-existing (stock) designs can also be personalized by adding names, dates or sayings.

What is Digitizing?
We can take drawings or color pictures to use as a template for accurate conversion to embroidery. This conversion is commonly called digitizing. The digitizer creates a stitch file using special computer software. The file tells the embroidery machine what type of stitches to use, where to start and stop each stitch, in what order the item will be sewn, and what colors are to be used, among other things.

What artwork formats can you use?
We accept the following artwork formats: .jpg, .tif, .gif, .pcx, .cdr, .eps, .pdf and .bmp. Our preferred format is the .jpg format. If you are interested in this service for your company, team or club, we would be happy to give you a quote on your design.

How much does it cost?
Cost will vary, dependent on a number of issues including; type and quality of the item you are looking for (shirt, hat, jacket, bag, etc.), whether we need to create the design, buy it from another source, or have it as part of our stock design collection, and the size of the design (including the number stitches and color changes). How long does the embroidery last?
Sometimes longer than the item itself. Just be sure to follow the cleaning instructions supplied by the item manufacturer.

How do I clean my embroidered item it?
Follow the item’s care instructions. If laundered, the item can be pressed with a warm (not hot) iron, on the backside, to keep the embroidery flat and maintain a crisp appearance. If in doubt, have the item dry cleaned.

What are your business policies?
Quotes will be given for Digitizing and Embroidery Services. When a quote for a digitizing project is needed; a $20.00 quote fee is required from the customer. The fee will be applied to the total cost of the digitizing fee if the quote is accepted. This fee is necessary because some preliminary work on a design is needed in order to give an accurate estimate.

Group Orders We require all funds to be collected from the group after a quote is given but before digitizing, ordering of merchandise or embroidery is started.

Individual Orders We require a 40% down payment when the order is placed. Balance is to be paid when order is picked up or delivered. Mail orders must be paid in full before products are shipped to the customer. Established customers may set up payment terms.

Can I make a return?
No - all orders are custom made just for you.

Can I cancel an order?
If the order has not been processed, then yes.
